Himalaya reflects on how a choreography can be transformed into a collective rhythmic experience. The choreographic project is inspired by the mountain as a universal archetype of the sacred and connects the three worlds: divine, human and underworld. Born for a single site-specific version, after meeting the drummer Bruce Turri and the lighting creator Moritz Zavan Stoeckle, the project has evolved into a version for theatrical spaces.
